Small Groups
Arcata First Baptist Church believes that the Kingdom of God flows out of relationships. We also believe that relationships are best formed and developed in a small group setting. Our church offers a variety of different small group opportunities ranging from fellowship groups, prayer groups, home groups and affinity groups that will help you get better connected relationally. We also have a small group close to you, with groups located in Eureka, Arcata and McKinleyville. Morning and evening groups are also available. Arcata
Wednesdays, 7:00 p.m. Led by Jed Hassler ~ Meets at Jed’s home – 826-1309 (Currently on Hold)
Wednesdays, 6:15 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Women’s Bible Study ~ Meets in the Fireplace Room.
2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 7:00p.m. Prodigal Prayer Group ~ Call Linda Long at the church for more information. (Currently meeting via conference call)
Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. Women’s Study ~ Meets in the Fireplace Room.
Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. Solid Rock ~ Meets in the Fireplace Room for Prayer, Fellowship. Meals will be provided.
Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. Men’s Prayer ~ Meets in the Fireplace room at church.
2nd Saturday of the Month 8:00 a.m. Corporate Prayer ~ Meets in the Fireplace room at church
Sundays, 9:00 a.m. Adult Bible Study ~ Meets in the Fireplace room at church (Not currently meeting, but may resume in the fall)
Sunday ~9:00 a.m. Acts of Prayer ( Currently meeting via conference call)
Sunday~ 9:00 a.m. Breakfast for a Buck ~ Solid Rock ~ Meets in the Lighthouse Room.
Eureka
2nd Mondays, 6:30 p.m. Led by Bruce Campbell and Tom Trepiak (Currently on Hold)
McKinleyville
Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m. Mission’s Prayer Group at the home of Els Woodke
Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. Led by Harlan Lawler. Meets at Harlan and Robin’s home (Currently on hold)
Thursday Mornings, 10:00 a.m. Men’s Coffee Group – Meeting at Eureka Natural Foods.
